Learn Freediving

Freediving in the UK is a growing sport with many people offering training in venues from inland lakes, Local swimming pools, the open sea and also at SETT (submarine Escape Training Tank) located in gosport this is in my view the best place to train in the UK being heated and with a depth of 30mtr is excellent for learning freediving

I did my training with Deeper blue & Emma Farrell at SETT over a weekend Training follows AIDA guidelines and once you pas you are awarded AIDA deep tank diver certificate

The weekend is very well run and enjoyable but also very tiring and a great introduction to the sport of freediving

Once you have completed the introduction training you can go on the further train all the way to Instructor level if you wish.
